Made in the USA. Our ingredients are responsibly sourced globally and manufactured in an FDA regulated and audited facility. Every batch of our health chews are tested by our quality control team before they are shipped to your door.

It is perfectly normal to have a slight variation in color and shape with what you get vs. what you see in the photo. If you think there is something wrong with your treats please, take a photo and contact us at support@okiee.com.

We recommend storing our health chews in a moderately cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Our health chews are shelf-stable, so you do not need to freeze or refrigerate them.

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future! Please let us know which country you’d like us to ship to at support@okiee.com.

All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after placing your order. Depending on your shipping method and shipping address, your order will arrive anywhere between 2 days to 2 weeks.

Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping!

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your treats, we’ll exchange your product or issue you a full refund, as long as you contact us within 30 days. Please send your request to support@okiee.com.
