Okiee ships everywhere in the United States!

All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after placing your order. Depending on your shipping method and shipping address, your order will arrive anywhere between 1 week to 2 weeks.

Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping.

If you believe your order was lost in transit, please contact us or email us at support@okiee.com immediately so we can check on that for you.

 

Returns

We strive to provide the best products for your pets here at Okiee. But sometimes things might not work out. 

If you are not satisfied with something you’ve ordered, we’d love to make it up to you by offering an exchange or a refund. All we ask is that you make a request within 30 days after receiving your item.
